Ablauf
- Day 1 Manaus, Meeting of the Waters & Jungle Activities
- 08 00 AM – Pickup from your hotel in Manaus and transfer to Ceasa Port.
- Board a speedboat and cross the famous Meeting of the Waters, where the dark waters of the Rio Negro meet the sandy-colored waters of the Solimões River.
- Continue with a scenic drive of approximately 1 hour to Ariaú Village. From there, take a speedboat ride of around 20 to 50 minutes to the lodge, depending on the water level.
- Around 11 30 AM – Arrival at Amazon Iuna Lodge. Enjoy a welcome drink, check in, and settle into the peaceful jungle atmosphere.
- 12 00 PM – Lunch at the lodge with traditional Amazonian food.
- 03 00 PM – Afternoon activities, including:
- – Piranha fishing
- – Birdwatching
- – Sunset experience on the river
- 07 00 PM – Dinner at the lodge.
- After dinner, depart by boat for an exciting nighttime caiman spotting tour, guided by local experts. Overnight stay at the lodge.
- Day 2 Jungle Trek & Return to Manaus
- 07 30 AM – Breakfast at the lodge.
- 08 00 AM – 11:30 AM – Guided jungle trek through the rainforest. During the walk, your guide will share fascinating information about:
- – Medicinal plants
- – Jungle insects and spiders
- – Local wildlife
- – Amazonian biodiversity
- – Traditional rainforest knowledge
- Around 12 00 PM – Lunch at the lodge.
- 01 30 PM – Begin the return trip to Manaus.
- Around 04 00 PM – Arrival in Manaus. The tour concludes with drop-off at your hotel or at the airport.
